How to get receipts
Need a receipt for you visit to Gibbs Car Wash? This guide will help you discover easy and convenient ways to get a receipt, whether you need one for business expense, record-keeping, or any other reason. If you work for or own a business, keeping your company vehicle(s) clean can potentially be a business expense. While our automatic kiosk does print paper receipts, digital receipts are easier to keep up with. After all, when tax time rolls around or it's time to request expense reimbursements from your company, who wants to go digging around in the glovebox or center console for all those faded receipts. Whether you need receipts for business or personal purposes, you can easily accomplish this through the apps of both of our payment systems. Here is how that works:
Payrange:
All your transactions made with payrange will be shown in the app. You can download the payrange app from the Google play store or the Apple app store.
- Open the payrange app and tap on the menu.
- Then tap on "View Transactions."
- Lastly you can scroll through your transactions and screenshot the list or tap on a specific transaction to screenshot one at a time.
Nayax:
This will only work if you have made purchases through the monyx wallet app. This can be done by downloading the monyx wallet app from Google play store or Apple app store, adding a credit card to the app, and scanning the qr code on the nayax reader.
- Start out by taping "history" from the main screen of the monyx wallet app.
- From here you can scroll through all the transactions you have made with the monyx wallet app. Tap a transaction to bring up that transaction's details.
- Below is an example of the detailed transaction that can be used as a receipt by taking a screenshot.
